- Deposits should be made from payment instruments owned by you. We may hold or reverse transactions if verification fails.

8) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
- We are not liable for interruptions, delays, data loss, or third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the services shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9) Dispute Resolution

We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice if you breach these Terms, fail verification, or for legal/compliance reasons. You may request account closure at any time; pending obligations or investigations may delay closure.

12) Force Majeure
